Bal has recently qualified as a Financial Advisor and has joined London Financial Consultants in Jan 2024. Previously Bal was a branch manager for Santander Leicester University Branch. In his first full year as a manager his branch was awarded Branch of the Year in the UK University division. The branch also placed in the top 5 globally across the division.
After 12 successful years with Santander he moved into the public sector as a Customer Service Team Leader for Warwick District Council for a new challenge. During that time he decided to study to become a Financial Adviser
